Fantastic chair-not perfect
The padding is very comfortable, and I love how high the chair can be raised. I also appreciate the ability to raise the arm rests to allow the chair to fit under a desk. I give it four stars because the wheels are a little sticky making it tricky to roll, and the back of the chair is fixed instead of adjustable.

Comfortable Office Chair
I bought this for my mother to use at work. She has hip issues and the one she had was cutting into the back of her leg. Her employer wouldn't buy her a new chair. She is very happy with this one! There is a good amount of padding and it was very easy to put together. No extra tools required!
