Great price and works as specified. Install wasnt bad except the power cord is smaller that listed, like 22 inches since they count the head also but it is set at a 90 degree so you need to have a close plug. So, had to install a plug closer, not a hard endeavor. The functions are easy to understand and use. We had a recent trip to Japan and these are the standard. I feel so much cleaner and the drying function is nice. For the males its nice to place your foot near the toilet base and the secondary seat rises. You dont have to touch the seat. The remote is great and easy to understand. I highly recommend this. All parts needed to make a switch is included, even the wax ring and fittings for your water line. Dont miss out on this, especially when on sale. Some other brands do the same and are double or triple the price.

We spent 3 weeks in Asia and got used to using bidets and immediately ordered this once we got home. Its the best!! Heated seat and water and toilet pre-conditoons toilet when you sit down. Toilet paper use is really minimized befause the dryer takes care of most of wetness. You will love it!

This Costway toilet is great! Super easy to install, works perfectly, and is really quiet. I love that it’s water-saving without losing any power. Overall, a solid purchase—definitely recommend!

NOT EASY to reach the mounting screws and the water outlets are not adjustable. Can’t use the bidet.
