Great music great characters and great story. What else do you need

If you haven't seen this by now you need to see this series.

I’ve only wanted like 8 episodes so far but this anime is lit!!!

This is one of the best shows, and it was at a great price.

It's cowboy bebop, you can't go wrong, always a great watch.

Any anime fan would be happy to own this set. Recommended!

If you're reading this, it's likeley that you're already familiar with how good Cowboy Bebop is, so I won't go into explaining that. What I will explain is the quality of this box set. It really is great and Funimation did a great job making it. The packaging is superb, the artwork captures the vintage feel of the anime. On the inside there's 4 different colored discs that look like vinyl records, and there's artwork of the characters on the inside of the case, as well as a list of episodes. The picture quality is top notch. Bebop has never looked or sounded this good. The extras include newly recorded videos of the reunited English dub cast and old behind the scenes videos from the original Japanese production team. This box set is simply a must have if you're a fan of this series. I'm more than satisfied with the product. If you're on the fence about buying it, then take my advice and buy it now!

This is one of my favorite anime series of all of time.

Have always loved the Cowboy Bebop series and wanted to get the whole series on BluRay. Great price. Wish they were able to stretch the original aspect ratio to fill the whole screen.

Cowboy Bebop is one of those series that is just impossible to criticize. Not because it has no flaws, but because it has rabid fans who will defend it to the death. It has obtained the mythical “classic armor,” which is an abhorrent carte blanche, bestowed upon only the most overrated of anime, that is used to automatically defend against any sort of legitimate criticism. Cowboy Bebop certainly has good qualities, and it is relevant in how it influenced western perception of anime, but it wasn't quite groundbreaking or revolutionary in and of itself. You could argue that its audiovisuals were in fact groundbreaking, but I think a work needs more than superficial qualities to be truly revolutionary or great.

Cowboy Bebop remains as fresh and original now as it did on first airing over twenty years ago - an absolute must-watch for fans of science fiction and animation. This particular version of the show has English dubbed audio as well as Japanese commentary. Unfortunately, attempting to switch audio tracks during playback does not appear to work, and figuring out just how to enable subtitles has remained an unfilled bounty so far. Bell Peppers with Beef?!?

I bought this on Blu-ray because this was in anticipation of the new live action show. This show is a wholly unique and incredible anime series. Years after it was released it still holds up to the very best anime being released today. The animation, music, story etc… I could go on, a truly all time classic anime, shame it’s only 26 episodes, would’ve loved for it to be longer.

If your interested in sharing anime with other people that might not be into anime. This show is one of the best starting points. This is an ultimate classic that every collection can start with. Fantastic stories, fantastic characters, fantastic music. Ignore that horrid Live action netflix made.

Great in that the transfer looks good. Realize its still based off of lower resolution TV broadcast from Funimation. The audio is sometimes difficult to change and does not change well during playback. Instead you'll have to change it before play starts. Be careful how you set it up as the coloration on the setup screen options is somewhat opposite what you might think is intuitive. Other than that a classic series that really deserves a 4k redo and box set that includes the movie. This one won't have the crazy beautiful decor or audio soundtracks (which is largely a highlight of this series). But this is a nicely priced set that gets you HD audio options.
