Still have very fond memories of the Bebop crew on Adult Swim in my younger days. So glad they updated visuals and re-released the series on Blu-Ray. If your a fan of anime, or modern action flicks, and you've never seen it before, just for the love of god watch it. This show set the standard for English Dub, and revolutionized many modern cinema tropes today.

Like most have reviewed, this is the best version available. The subtitles, or lack of, is kind of a bummer. I used my 4K Blu Ray player and could not tell too much of a difference on the upscaling stuff that people mentioned. But the look and sounds are awesome. I do understand the audio complaints that most people are having. It is optimal with surround sound. I only have a sound bar, so at times it was a bit annoying. But I am really enjoying my purchase.

Cowboy Bebop is some of the finest storytelling in anime. All of the characters have so much depth to explore that even the episode count is still not enough. Most of what happens on the show is the characters having brief glimpses into their past while struggling with the present. Cowboy Bebop is a great first step for beginners into anime outside of the superhero genre.

Cowboy Bebop is an anime story that'll have you captivated the entire journey through. It's a series uses melancholy environment and themes but unlike other shows it doesn't get old. Tthe characters are very well written and it actually makes you feel for them. Also, the soundtrack is also something really to behold. Buying the blu ray set just refueled my old love for the series.

It's reputation precedes it. The actual video quality is excellent. I'm usually not a fan of older shows getting blu-ray releases since people seem to go overboard trying to make them look like they were made with modern animation tech. Not so here. Cleaned up nicely without fake film grain or shoehorned cg modernizing. Love it.

I had to make sure I bought this at a Best Buy store where the slipcover was not damaged in any way. When I finally found a copy of this, I jumped right into the series (having seen the movie beforehand) and I fell in love with all the characters and their adventures. Blu-ray quality is top notch and the case itself is great, with amazing artwork and no signs of damage. This series comes highly recommended.

Cowboy Bebop is a classic anime. It is about bounty hunters (cowboys) in space. This anime has comedy, action, and drama too. The animation is top notch. Each episode is fun and well paced. The characters are likeable and keep you wanting to see more of them. If you like anime give this one a try.

If you have seen cowboy bebop before, buy this. It’s cowboy bebop but higher quality. Can’t go wrong with that. If you haven’t seen cowboy bebop yet, go watch it. Either buy this or stream it, either way. It’s an amazing series. And that’s coming from someone who doesn’t really care for anime.

This series was already gorgeous on DVD, but on Bluray it really pops. The HD format does a lot to remove some of the "muddy" washed out look of the DVDs and the old Adult Swim SD broadcasts back in the day. All I can say is that you owe it to yourself to buy Bebop on Bluray if you have even a passing interest in the show, anime, or want a really solid 8-hour block of TV you'll never forget.

The picture looks as solid as it can on bluray. Its quite old but it still looks pretty solid. If youve seen the show you already know how good it is. But if you havent then youre in for a ride

Cowboy Bebop, in my opinion, is the greatest anime series out there. It has everything you could want from any series, be it live action or animated. You have your fun, chase em' episodes as well as your serious, somber episodes which mostly involve the main character. I highly recommend this series for anyone who loves anime but may not have seen this. If you are new to anime this series is a definite must see.

Than what's already been said? Easily one of the greatest animes of all time, bar none. To now see it available as a Blu-Ray made me want to purchase it. It's something I would consider purchasing if you happen to be a fan of physical media. It's one of my favorite shows, so why not?

I would highly recommend to anyone who like ls anime! Really wish i watched this sooner since it can be a bit hard to watch with the display format, but the overall animation is great and has held up pretty well. Great storyline as well

If you don't get the Cowboy Bepop "mentality", then it's hard to convey a review. I wasn't really aware of this show, but it really started to grow on me -- to the point that I wanted to get this complete set. Looking forward to the "live action" version coming with John Cho.

This is one of those shows where I was conflicted when I heard about the blurry release. On the one hand, I already own most of the show of DVD. On the other hand, this is one of the greatest anime's of all time, with characters, sci-fi story lines, and music the likes of which may never be seen again. You should own this. Most people should own this.

This is one of my all time favorite animes. Spike and the gang are always finding ways to screw up the big score. I orginally had this on some bootleg DVDs from China so it was great to finally get it on bluray and enjoy it with a clear picture. This is one of the best anime series, hands down.

Hadn't watched this series in a long while. Tucked my DVD set away for a long time but I remember the 2.0 Japanese soundtrack which has finally been updated in this bluray release. Pictures great, sound is great, great story, neatly packaged. If you haven't watched this series, do yourself a favor and watch it!

This anime pulls no punches and most episodes have gut-wrenching implications. One of the greatest shows ever with some of the best music I’ve heard in my life.

This is by far the best version i jave owned of the series. Picture looks crisp and the audio is great for being made in the 90s.
