Picked this up for $15 plus shipping and am satisfied with purchase. You are not getting a top of the line product but it gets the job done as an mp3 audio player. The large screen size makes it easily navigable for people who don't like to squint and the storage is expandable via 4GB SD card so you can pack on a good amount of music. It's all drag and drop towards a portable music archive. As a video player though... it is kind of a chore to operate. You have to make sure the file is the proper type and formatted to the specs that the player can handle. If you are a tech neophyte, like me, it can leave you scratching your head at times. Gets a little warm with extended screen use, though there is a feature that allows audio to play as screen switches off into standby mode. Seems a tad fragile so one good drop to floor may convert it into a paperweight. Still, in terms of bang for your buck, this is a good choice for music listeners on a budget. Just get a pair of decent headphones.

The main thing that I'm upset about is that this product does not say anywhere on the site that its a refurb!!! We got it for our daughters birthday present because she had been wanting a mp3 player of her own and thought this would have been a great deal. When i first opened the box and started to remove the screen protector on it, that's when I saw the BIG scratch on the screen. Plus, looking at the back and sides I could see more scratches and fingerprints. I've looked over this add from top to bottom and no where did I see that it was going to be in this condition. I guess you get what you pay for, but I wouldn't have expected to open it up and see this! I am taking back to the store in the morning and get some kind of resolution. I haven't even tried to turn it on or load anything on to it. I'm almost afraid to at this point.

The touch screen is horrible. You have to double click on everything and sometimes it doesnt even work. You have to install some software from this CD they give you and it does not read on both of my laptops so I cant even put music on it.
