My son is absolutely ecstatic about his Creality 3D Printer, I got it for his birthday, he couldn’t be any happier, it does exactly what a 15 year old would want, he’s already created several things for his friends at school which by the way, has the exact same 3D printer.

After 5 months of use the printer broke and CFS cannot be used a it thinks s filament is loaded where there is no filament in the printer. Customer service is terriblev at responding to the messages, they sent a replacement extruder which did not solve the problem. They said they can't accept a return and replace with a new printer because it was bought from a 3rd party not their online shop even is still under warranty until November 2026. If you buy this printer from Best Buy you're stuck with no way of returning the unit for warranty in the event of a problem and you will be sent parts with the expectation that you will install them as if you're their service technician. I am a BestBuy Total member but BestBuy also does not provide the coverage because it was bought from a seller not directly from Best Buy. Now I am stuck with a printer that neither the manufacturer nor Best Buy honors their promises. Go buy something else and don't deal with this company and their terrible customer service.

This is sweet easy to set up and very user friendly need some knowledge about computers and software but the phone app is good for quick prints

Owned an older Creality model in the past and had a lot of issues printing. Decided to upgrade to a more reliable version but after 3 weeks of no problems, it won't print. I've contacted Creality, located in China, and have not received a response since i reached out 3 weeks ago.

This is a huge pain. We have had limited success getting things to print 90% of the time the build detaches from the plate and just turn to spaghetti. We’ve tried multiple settings and this keeps happening. I would not recommend this product to anyone. It is a lot of money to spend on something that just doesn’t work or requires entirely too much time to just print one small thing.

Using the PLA + Format and it constantly strings up. Went on the UPC site and went by recommendation to no avail. 3D printer isn’t cheap not to work correctly. Very disappointed.
