The Rocky franchise holds a special place in my heart. Every time it comes on TV I will watch all the way through. Creed is an excellent addition with Michael B. Jordan doing a remarkable acting job as Adonis Johnson/Creed. I have watched the movie on DVD, Blu-Ray, and had to own it on 4K. When the price dropped to $14.99 I jumped on it. The color is very rich and HDR creates beautiful contrast in sunlit hospital rooms and on Adonis' black jacket. The soundtrack thumps and soars in the training sequences. Then it drops down gently into sweet piano notes for the quiet thoughtful moments. My final thought - a great story that brings Creed and Rocky together again!

This Movie looks Phenomenal in 4K HDR and it only has 7.1 DTS-HD and it took me 2 Months to Find this Version with the Slipcover thank God I found this Last Copy at my Nearest Store.

I watched because I saw the first Creed movie on an airplane and enjoyed the first movie, and saw that Creed 3 was on my prime account hence decided to watch. With that being said have not seen the second movie. For Creed 3, I appreciate the complexity of all the characters. This film is dynamic and moving. Even though my (personal) background is nothing like the main characters I could relate to the powerful internal struggles of both Donnie (need to run, being one's own worst enemy at times) and Dame (not seeing the truth because it is so hard to handle) and felt an emotional journey throughout the film. The juxtaposition between the 2 men is really interesting. A film that can reach a wide audience and move you to relate like that and really think about the characters- now that is solid. You don't have to know a lot about boxing to enjoy this movie and get something out of it.

Creed was an amazing film that takes place after the Rocky series. With a new central character in Creed (Apollo’s son from Rocky), it escalates the story with a fresh feel. As someone who has never seen a Rocky movie the story didn’t completely lose me as it told the important aspects of the original Rocky films with the help of old cast members, most notably Rocky himself. The film looks great in 4K. Even though the story is predictable during parts of the film no matter if you can guess the ending or not the big finale keeps you on the edge of your seat. For those who have never entered this universe, now is the time do so with Creed II making its way to the stores soon. For fans of the film when it was released the 4K picture is enough to pick it back up and revisit.

I like the rocky franchise but this one killed it its the best creed movie ever with slyvester stallone and Michael b jordan. But i still like the rocky movies but i will never forget this movie in my entire life i couldnt see this movie in theaters because we didnt have money back then and we were homeless but right now were not broke anymore my mom has a job and now we get to have food and now we can watch movies.

I picked this up recently along with the recently released sequel Creed II. I hadn't seen this movie so I was mildly curious about how Rocky's life progressed after "Rocky Balboa". The way the movie unfolded felt a bit like a remake of the first Rocky film to me. That being said, I also found it hard to believe that Apollo Creed would have the time to have had an extramarital affair seeing as his wife was with him at his boxing matches. The boxing matches were choreographed well. I enjoyed watching them. The image was good on my TV. Sound was good through my home theater system too. Overall, it's not a bad film. This Blu-ray is a good buy at its current price point.

Warner Bros usually puts out excellent 4K Blu-ray's, with superb video and audio, which will rock your home theater. Creed is no different and is exactly the high quality what I would expect from WB. Excellent contract and colors, along with an excellent sounding DTS-HD track. If you are a fan of the Rocky series, and even have a 4K TV and a good surround sound system, Creed is definitely worth adding to your collection. Highly recommended.

I am a huge fan of the Rocky series and have a box set of all the Rocky films but when I saw this in the theater I was worried how this would be attached to the original series. I think they did a wonderful job bringing in the Rocky connection but also by letting Creed be its own separate thing. I do plan to purchase Creed II soon and have even considered purchasing it in 4K. Great film and great lessons learn.

I love this movie.... the story everything about it. I like the fact that Creed went to look for Rocky the closest family to his father Apollo. The way he stayed with him while Rocky was in the hospital. The way Creed was thankful to Rocky for training him and for being there for him. What Tommy Gun never did. I haven’t watch Creed II I will order it, to watch it but I have heard it is a really good movie.

Just when we thought we'd never see Rocky Balboa again in 2006's 'Rocky Balboa', here comes 'Creed'. If you didn't already know, this is about the son of Apollo Creed following his father's footsteps. This has parallels to the original 'Rocky'. Sly is as good as he's ever been and Michael B. Jordan is incredible.

Creed is a total delight in every way Sylvester Stallone and Michael b Jordan are amazing, the chemistry between these two is amazing the storyline is great,this movie will truly tug at your heartstrings be ready for a ride.

As a fan of the first 4 Rocky movies, I was suspect of a possible reboot, but Michael B. Jordan blows it out of the water. It stays true to its roots while taking the narrative down a new path with a new cast of characters. In my opinion, one of the best reboots in recent memory.

What an amazing turn to form for a franchise that I presumed to have been on its last leg! Creed is by far one of the best action movies of the year. It has everything you would want in a Rocky movie. A lot of heart, action, suspense and nostalgia! A must see!
