So I thought I would think ahead and keep an extra around. Problem is BB again didn't scan correctly. Geek squad help says no problem , take it back to store and have them re scan it properly. Great right? Wrong, Best Buy in Roseville Mi. didn't get it right either so they send out a young man to feed me a lie about SIM expires after 30 days. Really? Wow Best Buy you really tanked on that one. They could of said we don't know how so how about a new one. But no,

Unable to order a SIM online so I called Cricket. They said I had to get a Cricket SIM " from anywhere". Got one from BestBuy. Would not activate online. Called again twice (once using the new phone with the Cricket SIM in it) - activation failed, bad SIM. Told to go to Cricket store. They had to sell me a new SIM would not give credit for the bad one. Giving two stars because Cricket price and cell coverage is good once you're activated but their customer support is abysmal.
