||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased two of these SIM kits as part of a bundle with a new phone and Cricket refill card and both times the clerk had major problems getting the SIM to activate through her computer system. It is still a mystery to everyone involved why the activation failed with multiple SIM kits in two different instances (Oct and Dec 2018). I really like what Cricket offers, this is not a review for them - this is an indictment of this broken activation procedure and I would like to see it resolved.

Nightmare setup scenario

It took forever to pick up and the store associates, bless them, still could not figure out how to scan the card. Had to come back to get a new card completely.
