    if best buy didn't have such great deals on their phones i'd shop somewhere else due to the issues i have with sim cards. i've ordered 4 different phones at different times throughout the year and all the sim cards i have received can't be accepted by cricket. i've had to go to a cricket store and exchange them each time. i'm unsure of why this has been an ongoing problem.

    50% batting average. Not good. One did not work, had to have Cricket store activate. Ordered (2) more 2-17-2020. Will update or post new review after receiving them. This is a known problem, you would think they would know by now to SCAN these things before shipping them out. If these (2) new ones do not work, I would advise against ordering them online at all & simply either get them in store or purchase elsewhere.

    Well I got my sim card, and surprise surprise I got an invalid ICCID error. Called cricket and they told me that best buy never activated/scanned the sim card.

    broken 3to1 Cricket SIM card

    ordered the SIM card and cellphone same day, but received 3to1 SIM card 10 days before receiving the cell phone. the SIM card is broken and cannot be used after confirming with Cricket official customer service, but I got only little time to return the item, and failed to return it within 14-days return period.

    SIM ICCID arrived invalid

    Order yesterday needed it fast so I paid extra and got it in 1 day. Turns out the sim card ICCID is invalid so I cant get a plan with Cricket. Not sure how this happened but I would recommend just ordering from Crickets online store just to be safe.

    I’ve had issues when I purchased online. For some reason they do not scan it and when I go to activate my phone with the new SIM card it doesn’t work. Go into the store instead and purchase it

    After an hour of trying to set up not one but two of these sim cards neither work because they say best buy never released them so now i have to waste more time call best buy and hope they fix it only to spend more time after with cricket to set it up again

    Said my Samsung 5 would work. They tried for 5 days and could never get it to work. I got a credit and went to a Cricket Store where they gave me a Samsung J2. Been happy every since. I still use the Samsung 5 for internet and apps.

    Cheap means bad quality in the case. Twice has to exchange as came as invalid phone number and the worst customer service. Very dissatisfied

    I purchased 5 Cricket Wireless BYOD kits and moved/ported my whole family over. Since all five phones were in different locations (cities/states) at the time I had to get the sim kits to each person in advance. I also took pictures of each sim kit (iccid number) and also had everyone text me there IMEI number (dial *#06#) . I tried to go through the Cricket wireless website to activate but it was easier for me to just call Cricket at 855.619.6021. It took about 20 minutes to provide all the above information for each line plus my account info/pin code. I asked the Cricket rep if I could hold off activation until the last day of my current bill cycle and they said "no problem just call back when your ready". When I called back to officially activate it only took about 5 minutes max. I also gave my family plenty of warning about when they would need to power down and replace the current sim with the new Cricket Wireless sim. I know that moving to a new service can be a pain but with a little planning, communication and this kit it was really simple! NOTE: Make sure all of your phones are paid-off and unlocked before you start this process; just check with your current provider.
