Not top of the line by any stretch of the imagination, but does what a basic smartphone should - Android 5.1, decent-sized screen, decent cameras, great battery life and good enough performance. The buttons on the back are actually pretty nice, especially after you get used to it. I wouldn't pay the normal price for it though, wait for a sale.

I was in need of a backup phone while my main one was in for repairs, and was very lucky when Best Buy had this on sale for only $20. Now, this is nowhere near what you'd call a flagship phone, with its puny 4GB of internal storage (only about 1.4GB of which is available for apps) and what would now be considered a low-res display. However, it gets the job done and would be a fine first smartphone for a child or perhaps someone who only needs it to occasionally browse the web or check their mail.
It's small, has decent battery life for its size, and even runs Android Marshmallow, which is something my Zenfone 2 can't boast as of yet. The only strike against mine was that it seems to have a dead pixel on the display. Still, it was purchased as a backup phone, and I'm once again a bit amazed by what $20 can buy you these days.

This phone was ok... Then I thought it could be smoother.. Then I tried for an update which to my surprise there was an update. After the update and after I installed my micro sd card and installed all my apps. This phone is very smooth. Smoother that it was with lolipop. Its fast and it worth 19.99 I paid for it. and would pay 29.99 for it. Some phones will never see loilipop update but this phone has marshmellow now.

Got this phone as part of the best buy promotion for basically free. This is decent phone which does the work pretty nicely. It is 4G Capable phone with OK speed. Camera is not great. The storage (8GB) is very limited, but has support for expandable memory card. Overall, it is good phone.

I got this phone for $20. HD Screen, HD Camera, Qualcomm 1.2 GHz quad processor....can't ask more for $20 !
I think LG is the most under priced brand in the market. I have purchased over 20 LG phones in the last 1 year....mostly for giving gifts to people who can't afford phones.
Never had a problem with this phone or ay other LG Phone that I have used.

I bought this phone to test the service of cricket wireless. When I got home I attempted to activate the product and the sim card would not activate. While chatting with a cricket rep she advised there was nothing she could do about the issue to return the phone to the store. I did not do that as the phone was opened. I am currently using it as a game device at home on my wifi it is a fast phone well worth the money, if only I could have activated the service.

For the price, this phone is ok. Micro-sd compatible, phone speed is ok(sometimes it lags when I switch between >3 tasks/windows), easily replaceable battery.
The reason I took two stars off is build quality. About a week after owning this phone(no drops, falls, dings, or anything), the power button on the back began glitching periodically. I suspect it is b/c of where the power button mechanics are located(on the removable case backing you take off to get to the battery)
The button wasn't able to bring up the lock screen and the screen remained black/unlit. Multiple presses, wait periods before new presses, and other buttons were tried to bring up the screen, but none of it worked. I had to take the battery out and restart my phone. Weirdly enough, I was able to power up my phone using the same button after taking the battery out.
All in all, if not for the button issues, it is an ok phone for the price.

Compared to the Moto E, this phone updates to Marshmallow, has a flash and removable battery (and removable back cover), feels thinner in hand, and looks more sleek and stylish. This phone has a lower display resolution, but color looks very vivid.

The phone is a basic prepay android phone, and for what it is it works fine. Nothing special. Gets the job done. No major issues--though I recommend a third party launcher. Buying it from Best Buy was a major hassle. I placed the order online. I went in three times to the store to pick up the phone and each time they were unable to complete the order at the pickup desk and told me I would have to come back. Finally, on the last time, they ended up having to ship the entire order to me in order for it to work. So, between ordering the phone (which was supposedly ready for pick-up same day) and actually getting the phone was over two weeks and three drives to the store.

Never wanted to leave landline phones, this was a difficult decision to make, but since we were moving, well, it was the only option. We bought two of these phone and don't regret it.
Honestly, I really don't know how I got along by going wireless for so long. The price was right, the plan is solid for a prepay and I couldn't be happier. Now that we've arrived to our new home I no longer fear not having a landline phone service. Cricket has great customer service just as Best Buy does. No problems!!!

This is no-frill smartphone which meets most of the needs of regular user. The only bad part is 8GB storage which you can easily run out of with nominal use, but it does support external SD card to expand. Overall, it is great phone for the price.
