    Purchased this phone because the box said it came with an update to Windows 10. That was a lie. Other than that the phone really under performs.

    windows phone has great reception on my cricket wireless network. Had to replace my galaxy s6 due to calls dropping and being unreliable. Weak on apps. Not a lot of good choices. But we needed a phone more than a toy that didn't work well.

    I have yet to be disappointed by a Nokia phone. Although this has the Microsoft brand, it boasts Nokia dependability. Windows Phone O/S is solid, and having Office on the phone is handy for my work. Great value for a smartphone.

    Great Windows Phone updated with Windows 10. I am using it only as a MP3 player with a 128 g micro SD card. Battery last a long time playing music. Haven't put sim card in it yet, so I can't evaluate the phone or carrier.

    I bought this phone to use as a media player. Haven't activated the sim card that came with it because I already have a phone through verizon. If you want a good quality mp3 player, video player this phone is it.
