Do not buy a Cricket Phone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have found Cricket wording confusing as I do not purchase a lot of phones. I was looking for an unlocked Microsoft phone that I could use in Canada. The Cricket Lumia is advertised as no contract, so I assumed it was unlocked or I could get any plan I wanted. Cricket will allow me to unlock the plan if I purchase one of their plans for 6 months, BUT I can only use it 15 days a month because I live in Canada. Due to some health issues, my doctor has told me that I am not to take any long trips to the USA. I understand that AT&T is far more understanding! Talking to Cricket was like talking to the wall. They had canned responses and that was all they gave me.
