Who new Samsung could build so poorly

So if you take more than a few seconds to enter your unlock code, you've got problems If you use Google Play it will usually stop Google Maps navigation. Occasionally the screen will lock in landscape orientation When in use the battery loses charge very quickly Do yourself a favor and by a phone from BLU

Not a good phone

After the update my phone would get stuck on the cricket screen. Took the battery out several times and reset the phone still kept getting stuck on the same thing. Worked fine and was happy with the phone until I did the software update.
