I bought this phone online and I received it two days later. Regarding the quality of this phone, it has better quality, visually is beautiful, works very fast, quality of its cameras is supper and screen Super AMOLED has the highest quality. Battery is strong enough for 2 days.

    Excellent Phone, Poor Memory

Samsung has always been at the top of friendly fluent user interfaces. This phone is no different. The phone works great, has great screen, camera, and has a good battery. Only complaint would be the memory. I would recommend buying a memory for it as soon as possible. Although the phone states it has 8GBs' of memory, more than 7GBs' is used by the system just to run the phone. Wont be long before the phone will not allow you to do anything without it telling you it does not have sufficient memory to run your apps; furthermore, closing your apps down before they can even launch. This includes your gallery. You can't even view your pictures if you do not have enough memory. Aside from the small amount of memory, the phone is great.

    Choked by Bloatware

This phone has some pretty respectable features and seems to be off good quality. The number 1 downfall is the 8GB of internal memory. It's true that you can expand it up to 256gb with the use of an external card, However, the memory card is only really utilized for storing media. For some reason this phone will not use the card as expanded storage meaning that each time you install an app you will need to go into storage options and move the app to external storage. That is if the app will allow you to move it. I am also finding that when an app is updated all the sudden it shows up back on internal memory. The phone then starts to freeze due to the memory overflow. This wouldn't be a problem if you could keep the phone as it were when you unboxed it. From first boot you only have about 4gb used by the OS. After you connect to google play the real fun begins. All your apps update and it installs the google play apps, music, movies, gmail, and so on. Next comes the cricket apps like Deezer, cricket rewards and so on. Oh by the way, these apps cant be moved or deleted. Also, think your gear fit or other Samsung device will work with the S Health Samsung health app? Think again... You can install Samsung Galaxy apps, you can install S Health, but after that you can attempt to pair your device, Once you do you get a message that says Device not supported. With these limitations I would have to put this phone as nothing more than an overpriced burner phone. At the $100 price tag it cost more than comparable models but hey it does have Marshmallow and looks nice. But they turned off the ability to use external memory as extended storage. So its like a neutered version of marshmallow. In closing, I would not recommend this unless they either allow you to remove the bloat ware or unlock the ability to use the SD card as extended memory.

Best choice for a Prepaid phone

I am part of that group that shied away from the Apple phones- a cheapskate at heart that loves a phone that I can tailor to my needs. With that in mind, the Samsung Galaxy Sol was perfect in my book. Yes, finding a case for this bad boy locally will be difficult (I ordered mine online) but the 2 times I dropped it without a case, the paint did not chip. There were no scratches, even when it fell on concrete. (Of course I was not risking that again.) Since it is a prepaid phone, I could choose plans for what I need. There was an option to make my phone a mobile hotspot which I snatched up immediately. The speed and graphics were nice, especially for the price I chose to pay for my phone. My fave 2 things I love about the phone are its size, and its battery life. It's not too tiny for my large fingers, and yet it can fit in my jeans pockets just fine. And it lasts longer off a charger than most other smartphones in the market. 5 stars, all the way. Best Smartphone purchase of my life. P.S. get the insurance plan. It's a smartphone, so once the touch is gone you're doomed. But the plan covers repairs/replacement for a fraction of the cost of a new phone.

The phone itself is great. It feels high quality, the screen is pretty, it's fast and responsive enough for me. The only issue I had was dealing with Cricket, trying to get this phone activated so I could start using it took a lot of headache and hassle, and several days. But after that was sorted out, and the phone finally got activated, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Lots of fun settings and features, and of course, being Android, it has all kinds of neat ways to customize the buttons and sounds with downloadable themes. Very neat, great value.

I love the Galaxy SOL, but I will love it even more once there is a root option for it. The internal storage is only around 3GB usable, so there isn't much space for installing apps and storing data. I have a 32GB SD in it, but Samsung doesn't like you moving apps to the SD card so storage fills up quickly. All in all, it is a great phone, especially for the $50 I paid for it.

I have had other brands of phones, but once again, Samsung delivers with this great phone. Highly recommended as a second phone, or the best phone for your teens and college kids. Does everything, and fast. I have purchased more than 1.Samsung Galaxy SOL (j321az)

I bought this phone for my wife to replace her aging Nokia 1020. It has a miniscule 8gb internal storage, so we bought a micro SD card at the behest of the associate who informed us that he'd set it up to use the SD card as adaptive storage so the phone would recognize it as internal storage. What I didn't know until that night is that this Samsung device doesn't support true adaptive storage without modifying the phone's software. We found this out after my wife had installed her apps and tried taking a few pictures to test the camera. After fumbling with the phone for over an hour and finally contacting Samsung tech support, I learned that the phone we bought doesn't support the feature the associate told us about. In short, it's a cheap phone that's basically a Samsung Galaxy S4. You get what you pay for. It's fast for a cheap phone, supports every app we could think of, and is easy to use; aside from the one, major issue. Do not buy this phone if you want to use apps like Facebook, Snapchat, or even Chrome. Spring for something with more space, or one that legitimately allows you to use an SD card to expand the storage.

Downgraded from a plan amd needed a new phone. Previously owned a galaxy s4 and the ease of use to use this phone was fairly simply. Definitely no storage on the phone so an SD card will need to be purchased with the phone or soon after if you want to upload any apps or save more than 5 pictures.

the tv is nice for the price, it has a nice picture and is pretty easy to use the controls the only problem is that the volume isn't very loud ! most shows I watch I have to put the volume at 35 or higher and that seems high for a new tv ! thats why only 4 stars

I purchased this Samsung Galaxy Sol for my grandmother. She has enjoyed using the phone. Good photos and videos have been taken with the phone. The only complaint she has was that it didn't have enough storage built on. Only 8 on board. If there were 16, it would be a perfect product for her.
