I wouldn’t recommend buying this phone unless it’s for your kids because when you try to download anything it becomes too full and it was really slow and I just don’t think it was a great phone.

Limited memory and Cricket issues are weaknesses

Up front I liked this phone. This comes with the latest version of Android, which itself is a key feature that sets this phone apart from most, especially pre-paid phones. Let's look at the pros and cons.... Pros - nice clear display with ample brightness when needed. Battery life is the longest I've ever seen on an Android phone - not unusual to get 2 days on a charge. General performance is just fine out of the box. Cons - Memory is very limited, with just a few added apps, I am nearly out of internal space and the Marshmallow option of using the memory card for "internal memory" isn't reliable at this point. So at a minimum of added apps, I am already out of space and performance is slowing way down. Sure, I can have plenty of space for music / photos but what good are they when the apps are crippled. Also Cricket is a serious shortcoming. Many calls never come through and some text messages (isolated by sender, not random) simply never arrive. Turns out this is a common problem with Cricket that ATT users (who Cricket uses) aren't having. I plan in switching away as soon as my prepaid time is expiring. Overall - Nice basic phone with a large display and unusually good battery life. Limited memory is an issue. Cricket is definitely an issue due to calls and text messages that mysteriously do not come through regardless of signal, which is fine.

With only a small amount of storage I've installed 15 apps, moved all pics and photos to SD card.Great phone, will never drop hundreds of dollars on a phone. This phone does it all,and was 49.99 on sale.Cant beat that, and at this price can get a new phone more often.Marshmallow OS is awesome!Love my Samsung.Takes nice pics.If your looking for all the bells n whistles Samsung 7 edge is 600+$..Cant go wrong with this phone.

As others have said, this is a great phone, but it is lacking in storage. It is very fast and has great capabilities, but you can only have so many apps on it at one time. The SD slot is next to useless , unless you just want it for music.

I bought the Samsung Galaxy Sol 4G LTE phone on May 9th 2016. I loved the Alcatel OneTouch Flint 4G phone but I realized having a smaller screen was better for me. Anyways LOVE this phone a lot. Texting is very fast. Phone is super responsive. Have had zero issues. The 5" HD Super Amoled Screen is beautiful. So many features and customizations you can do with this phone. Like the Best Buy site says 1.3 ghx processor. 1.5 Gb ram. 2600 mAh battery which I love. With the DU Battery Saver app things are awesome. The 5MP rear camera is really nice. better than the Alcatel OneTouch's camera. Audio is outstanding. It's an autofocus camera but you have to tap the screen for it to autofocus. Hey i'm ok with that. Call quality? wow amazing. I love it. No echoing no static that I can think of. People heard me loud and very clear. And if you want to send a video MMS it's up to 1min 15secs long. Crazy. Video quality isn't that great but hey it's something. If you want to send a voice message it's maxed out at 10min 38sec. Audio quality is amazing. Anyways whoever see's this review go to my YouTube page Reaper2065 and you'll get a full in depth review of the phone. It's about 40mins long. I know but I needed to get all the features in and everything. Check it out.

I like samsung phones i have a zte grand x4 witch is a horrible phone in my opinion so i got this phone and popped my sim card in it and that is where all my disappointment begin it has no notification light so u have to guess everything the arrow keys dont light up i dont know what samsung was thinking i had a 32gb memory card in the phone even with that u can not move apps to the memory card so the phone only let me download 4 apps i tried taking a pic after downloading the 4 apps and it wouldn't let me due to low memory storage its looks and feel good also the sound quality is great on this device but u can not enjoy the device because of the memory issue not worth more than 40 bucks to me take your 100 dollars and get something thats worth it i had this phone for 1 day and brought it right back to best buy i wanted to like the phone but i just could not over look all the issues .
