Bloatware

Of course most of the pre-installed apps cant be moved to an sd card or deleted. Nice looking phone but it is being returned today.

Great phone for price

Best Prepaid Phone

Samsung made a great investment creating a cheaper galaxy phone for prepaid users. It honestly works just as well as the other larger phones. However, you'll definitely need to buy an SD with it because it does not come with much.

No very happy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved everything about this phone expect for the fact that it's 8gb with about 2gb left for me to use, I have always been able to use an 8gb till I purchased this phone..it freezes constantly when you pretty much use the small remaining space, I would give it 5 stars if the actual gb usage was more than just 2 measly gb. I did disable and clean up all the apps that would let me that I would not use and only have gave me a little bit of extra room...

Great for newbies

Samsung smartphone has single setup with limited choices, limited apps, larger type. Great for us. Can simply change later. Cricket doesn't port phone number from landlines/Comcast, so need to get another non-Cricket account to port landline number, then to Cricket.

LIMITED STORAGE SPACE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the phone but I always have to clear caches just to open my gallery and I have a 16gb sd card that has all my extra stuff on. Plus for people to hear me when I make outgoing calls they must first be put on speaker. These 2 issues make the phone a flop.

No light to indicate you missed a message/call

I've had many phones so I wanted to point this out since this is the first time I've seen one that doesn't light up for missed calls.
