For those of you still paying for Verizon, AT&T, etc, I strongly urge you check out companies like Cricket...I used to pay 110.00 a month and now I pay 35.00 (and brought my Moto Z with me), service area is the same as before.

Tried to buy this at our local super store but had to go to Best Buy because they no longer carry it. Glad Best Buy had it and everything seems to be working years later

This SIM card kit is exactly what you think it is. Transferring to Cricket (or just getting a new SIM for the carrier) is very simple. Works just like it should.

I purchased 2 of these, one was sent to mine home (with a new phone) and the other was to be picked up in store (to be used with an existing phone). When I went to pick up the item, the associate was unable to activate the card, so she couldn't fulfill my order. She suggested I change the delivery to have it shipped to my house. 5 days later (it was delayed an additional 3 days past the original 2 day shipping) I get the SIM card in the mail. I go online to activate my Cricket account, but was unable to do so with either SIM card. I called Cricket and they confirmed that the cards hadn't been activated. I call 1888BESTBUY and the person I spoke thought he was able to activate one (he activated a SIM card that I didn't even have in my possesion...), but the other had failed activation TWELVE TIMES and was essentially blacklisted from any further attempts. I'd need to go into the store to purchase and activate new SIM cards, and get a refund for the 2 I'd purchased online. The two people I spoke with on the phone were aware of this issue, but said there was nothing they could do to prevent bestbuy.com from selling them. TL;DR - DO NOT buy these online, they're unable to properly activate them for some reason.

This is a cricket wiress universal sim card acitivation kit. This was ecomomical to purchase.

It's a universal sim card that worked on the phone we had. Totally worth the money. Plus, Cricket wireless have some really nice deals.

The SIM card is a SIM, what can I say. The instore pickup experience at Best Buy is horrendous though. They had to break apart the SIM from the bundle, causing me to automatically be charged $50 more for my items, because they couldn't properly scan the SIM card part of the bundle. Took weeks to get properly reimbursed. And they know better! They knew this would happen when I picked it up.

Got it when I bought my unlocked phone, had cricket service in minutes with this. I LOVE CRICKET! There customer support is pretty good.

If someone uses in a conversation a word "horse", nobody has to explain to you what a horse is. And this is a Cricket SIM-Card. I don't think any explanation is needed. The only thing is that you buy a bare SIMCard, and you need to put some money on it. Don't buy a refill card (unless you really have to), because during the internet activation you can use your credit card and set automatic refills at the same time. It will save you $5 each month, so instead of $40 you gonna pay $35 for the same plan.

This kit does exactly as described. It works with many unlocked phones, but make sure you verifying before purchasing a phone.

Simple to use, just plug in sim card for the phone size. Call Cricket 2 minutes later done. Making calls and Internet access.

Made a switch to Cricket, and I've had less than great success with it. The 3 stars are for the sim kit, it has every size sim that you'll need, but good luck with the service. I went on their website to check the coverage area, and while my entire neighborhood is covered, I have little to no signal at home. So... your mileage may vary.
