    Trying to get this activated was literally a day long difficult process. Thankfully the folks at the local Best Buy were able to call them and straighten things out. Eventually they got it up and running and didn't have any issues with the service.

    Ordered the cricket sim card, tried to activate it via cricket wireless website. Got an error message "could not activate sim card associated with this number". So, called Cricket and was told the sim card was still in Best Buys inventory. OK called Best Buy and had a replacement sent, tried to activate new sim, same error message same issue two times in a row. You know it's bad when a company whom Best Buy sells their product (cricket wireless), tells you to buy a sim card anywhere but Best Buy. Get it together Best Buy, or you'll become another tech company that is forgotten about.
