Very Good , excellent package and delivery was good.

Bought two new phones and needed Cricket SIM cards. The two they sent were not activated by the Best Buy warehouse so I had to drive to a store and buy two more.

Called cricket to use the sim card and they stated it couldn't be activated due to the item not being scanned properly from the retailer.

I like Cricket wireless but only Sim card bought at Bestbuy stores worked. All the ones shipped out by Bestbuy.com were not recognized by Cricket self-service activation.

Horrible experience...would not recommend. SIM card was not properly activated when shipped..therefore could not be activated through cricket. Calls and had customer service rep "fix the issue" which was a lie. Had to drive all the way to the "local store" (2 hour round trip) to exchange for an in store card. Then they wanted to charge me an additional $9.00 for the difference in price. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Card not sold properly, was unable to activate. Will only by from Cricket Wireless.

Difficult to install SIM card. Got stuck and required tech assistance.

Be very careful if you plan on giving it to someone else.

*Update* * I added another line to my account since my last review (below) The update is to buy THIS Cricket sim kit because the white and green sim kit is also on the old cricket network (2G) and will cause some random network interruptions.* I purchased 5 Cricket Wireless BYOD kits and moved/ported my whole family over. Since all five phones were in different locations (cities/states) at the time I had to get the sim kits to each person in advance. I also took pictures of each sim kit (iccid number) and also had everyone text me there IMEI number (dial *#06#) . I tried to go through the Cricket wireless website to activate but it was easier for me to just call Cricket at 855.619.6021. It took about 20 minutes to provide all the above information for each line plus my account info/pin code. I asked the Cricket rep if I could hold off activation until the last day of my current bill cycle and they said "no problem just call back when your ready". When I called back to officially activate it only took about 5 minutes max. I also gave my family plenty of warning about when they would need to power down and replace the current sim with the new Cricket Wireless sim. I know that moving to a new service can be a pain but with a little planning, communication and this kit it was really simple! NOTE: Make sure all of your phones are paid-off and unlocked before you start this process; just check with your current provider. For some reason, this SIM card seems to be not working when shipped from their warehouse directly. I have to go to the store to have it replaced with the one on the shelf.

We returned it. I stayed with Verizon. Best Buy is great for TV s.

And staff don't even know to tell you what to actually do to activate your phone or even which plans are unlimited. I'm very close to turning my membership in and going to brandsmart

I bought this Cricket universal sim card from best buy and took it to a Cricket Wireless store. They said they could not activate my phone with this sim card. I then tried to activate my phone on the cricket website but cricket makes you purchase one of their sim cards and only use that sim card to activate your phone. I also signed up for crickets refer a friend program prior to it ending but they are making it impossible for me to get the $25 referral credit even though I have followed their referral instructions.

The SIM card I received could not be activated. According to cricket, the sold sim card was not added to the inventory and therefore, it cannot be activated. This was confirmed by Best Buy customers service. It was advised to go to a BB store and to try to exchange it for another sim card. What was the point of ordering it on internet?
