The first kit could not be activated using cricket web page... After go to the Best Buy store and change the kit, it was easy to active and now working correctly. Beware that Cricket plans with Hotspot option only work with a few phone models.

If you want AT&T service at a fraction of the cost, this product is for you! Only issue I have with cricket is that during peak times my data doesn’t work due to postpaid subscribers getting tower priority! But overall if you wanna save a buck, I’ve never had an issue with phone calls!

My new phone finally arrives at my house but I can't use it because the SIM card doesn't work. AAAAHHHH! I exchanged it for a new one at my local Best Buy store and was able to get my phone up and running...an hour later. That's the only reason I didn't give this 5 stars.

Got this to put in my new Unlocked Smart Phone. The instructions on how to activate it are on the packet. Make sure to pay attention to what size sim card to punch it to for your phone, as it comes in multiple options. Easy to use.

Be aware that Cricket branded phones also come with a sim card so no need to get another one (the store setup my first one).

Decided to try the no contract month-to-month plan when my mobile phone contract with a major carrier was expiring. Purchased the Cricket Universal SIM Card Activation Kit when it was on sale online from Best Buy. Received a confirmation the same day and delivery notice the next day. Received the activation instructions in an email couple days later. Following the instructions on the email and on the Activation Kit, I was able to set up the Cricket account online.

Brought this recently from betsbuy. Even though some issue with activation initially, all good at the end.

Cricket sim card was easy to install and came with quick easy to understand instructions.

Needed a temporary sim card, coverage overall is good and was easy to activate.

I purchased this just incase my old sim card would not work on my new phone.

Lucky that got this SIM card with a new phone. Easy to setup and activate.

Service is good for the price, but local store doesn’t sale this

I love cricket bought this for my dad he just uses it for emergencies which is good we all have cricket and get great service where we live the plans are also awesome have some great deals on plans and i save a lot more money from those 2 year contracts so far internet texting and calls work fabulous thank you

Got several sim cards from Best buy.com and they all are invalid for activation on cricket wireless because they are not entered into Cricket's system. Have to exchange for a different sim at a Best buy store.

The sim kit come with nano, micro, and regular sim adapter. So you can use it in any smartphone without worrying if sim size is correct. Activation is easy as well.
