    I’ve had this for a bit now and as I’ve done some more research I wish I would’ve gotten the siser one. My biggest complaint is definitely the fact that this doesn’t come with the micro-USB cord to do updates and register the product. For the price, it should be included! Big fail on Cricut’s part.

      Hello! I am sorry to hear you are not enjoying the machine - the EasyPress does not require a USB cord to register the machine, you can use the machine right out of the box :) The EasyPress also does not have any machine software that requires updates, as far as warranty goes all we require is a copy of the receipt.     It’s good, but it’s honestly like an iron. I would not recommend it. If anything, get an actual heat press.
