    Worked amazingly well. Used it immediately, in my dragging sluggish old boom box. Shockingly It Worked!! Now I can enjoy playing my over one hundred Cassettes in my Master bathroom and guest room. Because this item was so incredible, I put the twenty year old radio in my guest room. I decided to purchase a new Cassette/CD/Bluetooth Boom box from Best Buy on Sale and with a coupon. Partying in the Tub :)

    Before I even opened the head cleaner, I could see that one of the screws was detached.

    My Crosley Cassette Audio Head Cleaner came with the bottle of liquid alcohol cleaner, but no instructions on how much to use, or where to put the drops of alcohol onto the cassette cleaner. Nothing on the package. No booklet. I had to do a download search-- to find that info.

    I used this product once and then the tape broke. It did not clean the tape head either. Waste of money.

    Tape cleaner tape pulled apart. This does not work in a auto reverse tape player.

    This has not worked in my 2 tapes decks at all. Doesn’t advance, so hasn’t cleaned the heads. Must be defective. Keep forgetting to take it when I’ve gone to the store, but hopefully can get it exchanged for one that works.
