Loved the look and features of the phone, but unfortunately the phone did not work. The speaker function wouldn't work. If I called the phone it had no ringer. Returned the phone and just got a different one. Couldn't wait for the shipping again... Needed a phone. Best Buy had great return policy, it was returned the day after I picked it up from the store with receipt. No hassle and told them that this was a lemon.

The country kitchen wall phone looks just like the picture. We got the oak version which blends beautifully with our new wooden floors and cabinets. We just followed the directions on mounting to the wall & connecting lines correctly. We use the phone for all our calls & love to receive calls. We highly recommend the phone. If you tend to hold a phone on your shoulder with your head so you can use your hands, you don't want this phone. The phone is made to hold the receiver & talk!

Beautiful looking. It looked to be well made, but I was leery when I read the reviews. A lot of them said there were problems with some of the features. I decided to try it anyway. Dang! Sure enough, I had lots of problems. The speaker feature didn't work at all. Several times I would check it only to find there was no dial tone, which meant none of the other phones in the house would work. Should have listened to the reviews and passed on it. Had to return it.

Like the look for the kitchen, but after a year the handset quit working. Service dept could not get a replacement handset and the manufacturer doesn't even have the product on their website.

We just redid our kitchen and needed a phone that was decorative as well as functional. This was just the phone we needed, and Best Buy had it much cheaper than any other website. The set up was easy, the sound quality is great, and the quality is very nice. My only complaint is that the phone is very "modern" yet the phone is "old fashioned". It would have been nice if it had a different ring. Other than that we are very pleased.

It looked great in my kitchen however had a hard time hearing the person on the other end even with the volume turned up to the highest.
