    fast delivery, but packaging of item looked stepped on . not sure if it works yet . it is also impossible to contact my local store. they reuse to answer the phone ever. talked to manager and he was not helpful at all and just walked away .

    This SSD did not work. It lasted long enough to install the OS and critical updates and then failed in the same week. I bought the Samsung 980 on sale to replace this which was my original choice but was a third higher in price at the time when I bought this SSD.

    Product came 5 days later after shipped said product was delivered. Put it into to my laptop and it fried my motherboard. Tried to return the product but customer service says 15 day return window passed. ( Note I had it for 10 days). Money wasted and product is useless. Now I have to buy a new laptop. Buyer beware.

    Got this on sale for around $90 around Xmas. If you have a good inkling as to how computer hardware works and how to configure your BIOS for M.2 (assuming you're coming from HDD) this is easily doable. Do a little research and watch the manufacturer's videos and you should be fine. It is SO much faster than an SSD. I don't remember seeing anything about included software for cloning, but it does give you a free option. I used it and it worked just fine. Make sure your computer is set so that it won't go to sleep during the cloning process, as the program doesn't stop the PC from doing that.
