Fast and Easy to set up
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very easy to set up. Doesn't come with any screws so you will need to buy some of your board that doesn't already have one (Pre-Builts). Load Up times are insane when booting up windows.

Excellent upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super easy to install and then searched for how to migrate my daughter's Steam folder over to this new drive. Worked flawlessly and her games load up faster after moving to this from an SSD.

1tb nvme
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Runs well. Good amount of space. Boots up windows just a few seconds. I've read it runs a little hot but that's okay if you add a heatsink to it to cool it more.

Great overall performer.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great all around use SSD. Fastest? No, Best performance for the price? Yes. Overall read white speeds is lower than higher-priced options, sustained read and write stay much higher. random is about the same within the margin of each run. Works great as a game drive, or even primary boot drive.

Bang for the buck
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.By no means is this the fastest or highest performing m.2 on the market but it carries great value to cost. Slightly slower than the Evo series from Samsung or the Black series from Western Digital but those are significantly more expensive. Don't be fooled by the Crucial name brand the chips are made by Micron which is used in the industry by a lot of key players and they produce very stable durable chips for OEM use for the likes of Lenovo, Dell, and HP. These will last longer than the laptop or desktop you intent to use it in.

1TB of good speeds. Nice warranty. Great value.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am blown away by how storage has progressed over the years. A lot of storage, fast speeds, near-nonexistent footprint…all with some solid warranty protections. I could not have even imagined this drive a decade ago. I am quite happy with this M.2 drive. Installation was a simple process on my board, and I was off and running. I opted for a fresh OS install despite the option to clone as it just was time to do so, it had been too long. It replaced an aging standard SSD as my boot and install drive (and a little storage) and the difference was noticeable. After some benching, those feels had some numbers. I was typically within +/- 5% of the rated sequential speeds of 3,400MB/s on reads and 3,000MB/s on writes. This is several times faster than I was getting with my previous drive/setup. I am pretty excited and can’t wait to use this more in my day to day. There may be faster drives out there (and more expensive), but it’s hard for me to imagine how it really plays out in usage beyond bench numbers. Honestly, this is perfect for me and I liked the price. Beyond that, it is great to get this performance and get 1TB at the same time. Software and games keep getting bigger (and bigger), so it is nice to have a little space to play with. Other than that, I just really like the form factor. Less space, fewer cables, cleaner system, better air flow. Just a lot of pros there. It also has a nice blacked-out look for those concerned. The drive did get a bit warm to the touch, to me, but it did not seem out of line. I suspect most do, and while I was concerned there was no heat-sink at first, I think it is a non-issue. Further, it has a 5-year warranty which makes me feel better. It is capped at 600TB of writes, but I can’t imagine that number comes into play for me. Ultimately, this is a very nice drive, and I like it. It is well-priced, and it offers ample storage and good performance. It is absolutely a great value. I think it would be good for just about everyone, but, as always, you want to check your use case. It definitely works for me. My only pause would be that PCIe 4.0 controllers, drives, and tech are coming. If you are someone looking for that bleeding edge (and the prices to go with it), you may want to wait and see.
