My doctor said it would be a great way to get started to exercise my legs.It makes you see that anyone can really exercise even when your mobility is decreased.

Cubii Elliptical review for 90 yo dad

Although he is still very active (he mows his own yard) he has a bad back that limits his exercise, especially this time of year. He loves it, and has been using it regularly. I would recommend it to anyone with older parents or people who cannot walk on regular treadmill.

Perfect Way to Pedal in Comfort!

Extra help while working from home

At the end of the day, my lower back and back of my thighs are stiff. This little machine, surprisingly got rid of all the stiffness and pain, not to mention I burn many calories according to the display. I'm not sure how accurate the calorie counting on this machine because I don't feel like I'm doing much more than slow walk. I try to burn 300 calories daily.
