After giving these a couple weeks run they are an everyday pan. I've made awesome omelettes/frittatas, pancakes, tortillas, rice and they are still non-stick. They red color is starting to lose its color though but hopefully the pans will last.

More than what we expected. Great pans and they clean up nicely, have an even heating bottom. Non stick. Love them

Good for non-fritters too! Even though I have not used it to make fritters yet, I have been using the duo for making beans and stuff and am really happy with the heat distribution and the non-stick quality.

I bought the frittata combo pans because of the great price. The heat distribution is so great that you need to reduce the heat immediately. Pans are easy to hook together and unhook and a snap to clean. Eggs came out perfect.

Great for Frittatas but also great size for all kinds of cooking. Allows two skillets when not making Frittata. They can go in the oven and are very easy to clean.
