I've had better product service from least expensive pots. I drink coffee, daily. And, have had my share of makers, ranging from least to most expensive. And, can honestly say that this did not perform as well of my least expensive. This stopped brewing hot coffee within 15months. I've only replaced makers for other reasons. Not, because it stopped working.

Poor packaging

The light wt box was falling apart at the seams. Top of box wasn’t even sealed. The 2”piece of folded cardboard was the only thing holding the coffeemaker from falling out. And of coarse the box was filthy. Disappointed

We had had two older cuisinart coffee makers and this one has some nice engineering upgrades. I have to mention that the first one we received leaked and had to be replaced.

My husband and I like strong brewed coffee and that’s exactly what we’re getting. I set it at night and inThe morning our coffee is waiting for us. It’s very easy to program as well
