    Very sharp indeed but not sharp enough. If you have used ceramic knives you will understand what I mean. These knives are sharp but you have to do the motion of forward-back over and over to get the same result you would with a ceramic knife of literally dropping. The sharpness of these is average at best, it will do the trick, but can't expect to cut frozen meat, or fine filet cuts or anything extreme. They are however good for mundane cook work. For the price they are totally worth it, just not the best out there.
