Works great and easy to use. Replaces many past toaster ovens which are messy and heats bread, etc inconsistently. So far so good!

The settings are all functional and easy to read. It is a toaster, it does what it is supposed to do. I liked the stainless steel look to it and it blends well with my other stainless steel decor in my kitchen. It toasts evenly and a nice function is the quick cancel button if you'd like to end the toasting immediately. Another nice touch is the extra inch or two to raise the tray inside to further inch up your item once it has toasted. One minor quibble is lightness of the product, it seems the weight causes it to move on my counter when tinkering with the knobs etc. The power cord does fit nicely underneath the unit for a better visual. Who wants all that cord showing? Overall, I'm satisfied with this product.

poor quality, it does make toast, dials are very cheap on this item.

Attractive appearance, toasts good , only problem is it doesn't have insulated sides and top so their hot to touch, and doesn't pop up too high , have to touch gingerly on top to remove small items like English muffin.

It is so nice to have a toaster that is faster and has precise controls. It makes even toast on everything from thin sliced bread to thick waffles. I am glad the other one broke or I would not have a great toaster and still be frustrated with uneven toasting and long waits
