We bought this item to deep fry for 2 people and were looking for something compact and easy to clean. This has been both. We've used it 3 times in the past 2 weeks and it has delivered good chicken wings, tenders and fries. Recovery of the oil is easy and the overall cleanup is simple. There is little smoke or smell (thanks to the filter) to linger in the kitchen. Even as a couple we've had to batch fry larger meals, so this isn't a great choice for families needing to cook a lot. It's pretty basic as far as settings and options, but at this price point we're happy with our purchase.

For the price this is a must for someone that loves deep frying. I bought 1 liter of organic sunflower oil and made coconut shrimp in it and they came out crisp and golden just right. A week later I fried some egg rolls and those came out great too. I like that the basket attaches to the rim so the oil has some time to drain, and the cover is a big plus also no smell on your walls or cabinets if you cook near them. The great thing is that it works on exactly 1 liter of oil which means you don't have to open another bottle. It also looks very nice in the kitchen. THe only con I could come up with is that it could've had a built-in twist timer, but you can buy one at a store for like 2 bucks anyway. All in All I hope it lives up to its name!

Just what I was looking for a small fryer for my apt here in NYC. It's the perfect size. It gets hot pretty quickly, prevents grease splatter. Very easy to clean.

What I really like about this fryer is that you can open and close the lid at the same time you place in or take out the frying rack. There is literally no mess that you usually get when frying. Pouring out the oil after you are done is also very easy. The clean up is easy as well, I just take a few pieces of paper towel and wipe down the inside and its good to put away.

Effortless use and a good size for portion control. really like the grooves that keep the basket in place as well as the lid (my old fryer didn't have that and there was always a mess) with the filter.

Perfect size for small kitchen and easy to clean!!

Just a quarter of oil is needed, then I use a filtering paper or the coffee filter to reuse the oil. Easy to clean. Not to big tho, so don’t expect to fry a whole chicken, but winglets or small drums are ok.

At first I was worried about the size of the fryer but after it came I was amazed. Great for a small family have already done a wings fries and chicken tenders for the kids. Love this item.

I bought this frier for my brother who’s in college and he loves it along with the George Forman and Microwave.

Not bad for a small fryer but it cleaning it is not fun. I would get something with an oil drainer and that is completely dishwasher safe.

I had to return it because it’s too small. It’s not as described.

Very small deep fryer it’s best for cooking for one.
