    We replaced our old Cuisinart toaster with this new model. The old one still works but we wanted an updated version. We’re very pleased with the improvements they made and would recommend it highly.

    The toaster looks great and works well. It may be a little too powerful in that it thoroughly toasts bread when set to 3. It may just take getting the settings down. I'm satisfied with the purchase.

    Less than 2 yrs into it and the centers have stopped toasting on both sides. Worked great until then. Now only one side of the bread gets toasted on each side. Womp womp.

    It's hard to find a good setting and leave it on that one, Not consistant in the same setting. We were use to longer slots to fit Italian bread and these slots are not long enough. Haven't used the other settings yet,, just toast. Oh, and potato bread comes out soft no matter how brown it is. I'm purchasing a cheaper sort of toaster next time around.

    Horrible for the hefty price! Did not pop toast on first usage! I had to waste time to return it for a refund within 24hrs.
