My previous toaster was a Cuisinart but I had to wait FOREVER for the toast to cook. When looking for a new toaster I wanted to be sure this wasn't going to happen again. The toast cooks great on both sides and you're not waiting a long time. It is quick and PERFECT!!! Consumer Reports was right!!!

Great toaster. Toasts evenly. I've had for 5 years and no problems whatsoever. We also use these in my business and have them in over 35 offices. No issues with any of them.

Toasts all widths of bread evenly and quick. Toaster cleans easily and is very lightweight. Very easy to operate.

A bit pricey for a basic toaster, but it does the job well, and looks nice on the counter. The 4-slice isn't that much bigger than the 2 slice, and it's handy for us since my wife sets her side higher. The defrost button works well for things like Toaster Strudels.

The toaster works very well. The slots are large enough for bagels and our thick homemade bread slices. We like the ease of use and the ability to defrost up to four slices at once.

Great toaster. This is the second exact model we've had. The first one lasted 16 years. The design and features are timeless.

Evenly toasts our toast/bagel or english muffin. Nice to have the ability to toast 1 or 4 at the same time. Most of our appliances are stainless so this toaster fits right in.

We have this for a few weeks now and I have to say it has been the best toaster we have ever owned, The larger slots are great for bagels and thicker slices of bread. A VERY GOOD CHOICE!!

This is a nice looking toaster that does the job it is made for. I like that you can make one, two, three or four pieces of toast and they all come out the same. Good value.

Was a bit worried due to some other user reviews, but glad I purchased it anyway because it is a great working product that evenly toasts. Very attractive (for a toaster) and has been a workhorse since I bought it!

I like the option of several settings, bread, bagel, reheat, etc. The stainless model matches our appliances and it browns the toast evenly.

This is the best toaster I’ve used to date. I would say you need to be mindful of the setting you use. Lower number settings still get your toast quite toasty

Is it possible to love a toaster? Yes. Yes it is. I'm usually not one to profess love for an appliance but after several bad relationships with previous toasters, this one feels like a keeper. My family (4 kids at home) loves toast, so we usually see a failure pretty early, like less than a year...usually one side will go out and then we are fighting with the other side to get it to work. I was actually looking at higher priced toasters ($200+) this time around but even the higher end ones had their share of complaints and failures. So after much research I decided to risk it all on this bad boy. It's pretty inexpensive but it's a quality unit that makes perfect toast every time. Plus it's quick. It's only been a couple months but I can say that initial impressions are that this is well made and should outlast our previous 2 hunks of junk. The biggest difference is the mechanism; the lever feels sturdy, like it's connected to something substantial, and as you press it down it feels deliberate and mechanical, unlike our previous two moderately priced toasters which felt like we were cutting through a soda can with a butter knife when pressing the lever down. No wonder they broke early. I like the simplicity of the knobs and it feels like it will last. Will update if anything changes but so far we love it.

Not sure id ever think to myself that i needed a toaster upgrade, let alone one that toasts 4 slices ! But dang its awesome!

Overall the toaster does its job. The handles to depress the toaster feel flimsy unlike my GE toaster I previously had. Sometimes have flip the toast to get the full piece of break toasted evenly. Otherwise it’s a decent toaster.
