All slots work, it is stylish and toasts perfectly. The only downside is that it is pretty big to be left out on the counter if you have a smaller kitchen. Ours is a good size, but we still tend to put it away when not in use.

I plug it in on occasion to make sure it still works. I only used it once, and it performed as I would expect. The price was fair, not great. I think it adds well to the counter top small electrics I have in my kitchen.

Best toaster I have had.

Like the adjustable darkness controls. Performs well and looks good in our kitchen.
