difficult to find the product, perhaps due to Covid-19, to replace the previous one. First time to buy this toaster from Cusinart. Completely satisfied with great way to toast bagel!

Before I got this toaster I read the reviews and saw some concerns. However when you exactly know the setting, your bread is toasted without any burn. I strongly recommend this product.

I thought I did my research... the toast does not pop up all the way.... so you have to stock your fingers in a grab it... grrrr secondly the toaster itself also get extremely hot on the outside..

You all heard the saying. You get what you pay for and some cheap plastic toaster is not what this is. This toaster is a great value for what you get. Hasn't let me down once.

I'm not sure how much one can critique a toaster but I really like this one. Primarily I like the fact that you can set two toasting settings. I have one. My wife has one. No more surprise burnt toast because I forgot to change the setting.

I was very impressed with the looks of this toaster and thought I'd give it a try. Nice to have two settings as my husband likes his toast darker than mine and we were constantly switching setting. So far so good!

Toaster is ok but thought it would have been better for the price.

This thing toasts two bagels at once. Who could ask for more. Now I can get my everything bagel at exactly the same time my sacrilegious wife gets her blueberry cran almond bagel. Will save many a marriage.

Good toaster. Reliable. Nice to have four slots. This is especially good if you have a lot of people to serve for breakfast. I would highly recommend this.

This Cuisinart works great and takes an average of 2 minutes to warm up a bagel using the "bagel" setting and about 1 minute for normal toast (depending on heat setting). I usually have the temperature setting between 3 and 4 because I have instances of slightly burnt toast/bagels on a setting of 4.

Toasts fast! Also, the grates raise higher than most toasters so you can get the toast out without burning your hands or putting a knife or fork into the toaster to get it out.

This toaster allows me to make meals for both of my kids at once. It is consistent from one side to the other and once you get your preferred level of toastiness dialed in, you are all set.

The setting knobs are very loose and change in between uses. You have to reset it every time. Other than that, does a decent job of toasting bread. Keeps moving to lighter setting, so toast is usually undercooked and has to be reinserted.

I really like this toaster. With a family of 6 it makes mornings a little faster when I can cook 4 pieces of toast or bagels. The kids like it to they don’t have to wait so long to eat.

We have had this toaster model for several years, and used it almost daily. It finally gave up the ghost. Without any hesitation we ordered another.one. So far it is working perfectly.

You can tell toaster is made well the moment you push your first toast/food down. The 4 slice is a huge plus. Definitely would reccomend this toaster to anyone

I bought this for my daughter for college. It's great! It has enough settings for all kinds of bread and pastry. And with 4 slots 2 people can use it at once for different things. Plus she loved the sleek and modern/retro look.

I wanted a reliable toaster (my daughter loves her breakfast waffles, but my son occasionally does too - and we are happy that it can toast with just two slots or all four slots) so when BestBuy offered the toaster on sale I purchased it - and it has performed well for our family.

Toaster works perfect. This toaster also has a few extra features each one of them work just as described. Love the cancel button just in case it's getting too dark. The finish on the toaster is what first drew me to it stainless steel has a beautiful breast look and very easy to clean.
