    I was skeptical ordering knives online. I like my knives to be hefty. I had to check the reviews on Amazon and then check them out for myself. When I brought them home, they were well packaged. When I unboxed them, I was happy to find they are not "cheap" feeling. They have weight to them and they are sharp. I've had to be a little careful handling them. I am definitely keeping them.

    I love these knives. Years later after daily use, these knives held up perfectly. I did end up buying a sharpener for the Chef's knife only because I use it every day, several times a day. They are heavy and sturdy. Sharp. The variety is great. I use the Chef's knife, the paring knife and the scissors daily.

    I was looking for a good selection of knifes without a lot of frills or anything too exotic and this is it. The knives are very easy to clean and the block is very nice looking. The addition of scissors is nice to have around the kitchen and the wide variety is perfect.
