It can get kind of dirty after a while but other than that it makes great soft or crispy waffles. It is very easy to use once you read the instructions.

Waffles come out perfect every time (I set mine to 4). We now have a big breakfast every Sunday because of this appliance. Cleanup is a easy, o erall thrilled with my purchase!!

I could control the temp. level but can’t set the cooking time. I constantly have to check it by opening it so I don’t over cook it. It is not easy to clean but I believe most of the waffle makers out there are not easy to clean too

Even cooking of waffles with the ability to adjust for how well cooked you want them. Wish there was a removable tray at the bottom to catch dripping however if you use the measured cup provided minimum drips.
