Barely acceptable

Why did my coffee maker arrive with water in it???

The box was wet on the inside. The plastic back that the coffee maker was in was wet, too--therefore making the unit itself wet. Maybe it's awesome...don't know yet. Looks like they sent us a returned unit that someone had already put water in. Thought I was buying a new unit

Gets stuck occasionally
