An awesome coffee maker with built in grinder. I love it!

Cuisinart use to make great products, but I returned two of these coffee pots within a month. Neither one could keep time; ran fast. For the amount of money this coffee pot cost a simple feature like a clock should work; defeats the purpose of “programmable”. I still might have overlooked that if it made great coffee, but it didn’t! Wasn’t even good- tried different coffees, strength, and water adjustments. Bought $40 Bella 14 Cup Pro-Series coffee pot. Hot delicious coffee and the clock works so I can program my brew in the morning. Grind my coffee the night before - worth it. But the Bella Pro!!

For the quality and freshness it's really good. I recommend!

I was very disappointed in this coffee maker! Regardless of the setting, it ground far too many beans resulting in very strong coffee and spilling over the filter basket. I have a Cuisinart now that I've had for over 10 years that works fine only I have to load it every time with beans for number of cups being made. It is getting tired, not grinding all the beans, so I wanted to replace it with a similar unit from Cuisinart. This unit was returned as it doesn't work correctly.

Do not buy! I am on my 3rd coffee maker in 3 months. Each unit works out of the box. After a few uses the "empty" error light starts flashing. The filter is empty. There is no way to reset the unit and it won't work. I have talked to Cuisinart and their customer service people have no clue about the unit. They are very nice and do send me a return label and a new unit but that's the extent of their knowledge. They offer no solutions.

Can’t brew 4 cups of coffee without doing some mystic rain dance and won’t just grind the correct amount of beans with out shutting device off manually. I bought it for these specific features. Oh if you call customer support they just tell you to clean it out with vinegar water....really? Terrible all the way around going to return and get another brand.

This thing is getting returned. If you don't have the carafe in there 100% right underneath the drain it will leak all over your floor. After about the 6th time of this happening it is getting returned. I have never seen a coffee pot do this and the fact if you move it just slightly out of center can cause this is alarming. I've used this brand for almost 12 years but it is causing me property damage.

The unit was delivered yesterday and I'm returning it today. The coffee carafe/pot leaks terribly. The leak occurs at the sprout and water/coffee runs down the pot when pouring. Also the grinder is loud and sounds as if it is struggling to grind the beans.

Received as a Christmas gift to replace the cuisinart grind and brew that I had for 12 wonderful years. This latest model is sadly defiecient. From the leaky glass carafe when pouring a cup of coffee to the very inconvenient cleaning of the grinder mechanism...all in all a very bad "new" design. I am taking it back and looking into another brand.

Wouldn’t give one star but have to give one to do a review! Don’t waste your money! Horrible unreliable and you cannot clean the grinder and once a bean gets stuck in it, it just doesn’t grind beans anymore. Very slow to brew! Awful machine

Horrible product. Grinder kept jamming before finally not working all together. Coffee dribbled down pot while brewing. It’s taking up space in trash can now.

This thing sucks! I wanted my wife to take it back but she took too long. So I emailed the manufacturing company and they sent me a new one! It grinds way to much coffee. Have to constantly clean. Definitely better products for the price point.

Broke with in 2 years of owning this coffee maker. We have now gone through 2 Cuisinart coffee makers in 3 years. Do not buy this brand you will not get your money’s worth out of it.

Worked well for 6 months, and then increasingly worse until it now is non-functional after a year. Clean cycles had no effect on the brew speed and the 'clean' light never came on.

This is the worst coffee make I’ve ever owned. The coffee maker said it needed cleaning but would never get cleaned when I used the clean setting. The coffee tasted burnt and nasty since the clean indicator came on.
