    Strong cook where. Since owning I have cook several dozen pancakes no oil/butter require on non stick surface very easy to clean. So far so good. I would have went smaller but couldn't find a griddle that heavy gauge for the value. Also on the plus side the handles or warm to the touch after cooking so I have yet to burn my self :)

    The handles are nice and big. It has warped, but straightens out once it's on the heat.

    There was a stain on the unit from the day I bought it. Warmed it up and it showed up like a defect. I’ll have to replace it. Otherwise it works as expected.

    We used this while ice fishing all season in Coleman grill. It was perfect. Now we use it on stove top for large breakfast gatherings. Great griddle
