Lost package and bad customer service.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even though Im a Best Buy Totaltech Member, Best Buy seems to have lost my package somewhere, I had to contact support twice and they said they would arrange a replacement, I have not hear a word from them and now it seems the item is out of stock. I was supposed to get this item almost a Month ago, now I dont know what will happen.

Buyer beware, daily maintenance nightmare

The grinder that sounds like its going to take off, then it gets steamed up during a brew and clogs the entire system. grounds and coffee come out of every crack. Then you have to clean the entire system to make a pot of coffee. the pods do not have a clear reservoir so its hard to know how much water and before you know it water pours out the back. The controls are wonky too, you have to actually pay attention to use this thing. Buyer beware.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you like your coffe strong or bold find another coffee maker! Why there's no 6oz option for the pods i don't know, the grounds get clumped up in the grinder and doesn't fall into filter basket.
