We love the hot water dispenser. Brews quickly and simple operation. Just a little difficult to pour water into brewer without spilling or leaking, but it seems most brewers have this same issue. Overall, we like the machine.

Got this for my husband who is a coffee drinker and loves his oats in the morning. Works great, the water is super hot. You can program the time you want the coffee to be made. One of the best features in this coffee maker. Once he is up in the morning the coffee is ready.

This coffee maker is very good because it gives you hot water for the tea. It is even more convenient because of the programmable, so the coffee is ready the next morning when I leave to work.

So far, so good. I really like this unit. It has an easy to read fill gauge, the coffee is hot, the hot water option is a nice feature, an the whole thing takes up less counter space than my last one.

I love my coffee maker, also love the feature of hot water on demand because I sometimes like to buy the little pre prepared coffee packets and all I need is hot water for them to dissolve so having that asap is amazing. The same thing with tea bags so that's a great feature in this machine.

I love the hot water dispenser because I drink a fair amount of tea but the machine makes great coffee as well!

After the French Press broke, my wife and I found we preferred a coffee brewer. We used a simple, small 5-cup brewer from our camping gear box. If either of us wanted a second cup, we had to flip for it, or brew another pot. If we had guests, another pot was necessary just so everyone could get a first cup. Our needs were simple: a brewer with a larger pot. Enticed by the extra features on this Cuisinart, we spent $25 extra and are happy with the purchase. Timed brewer, so we can smell the coffee before we even come downstairs!! Gold filter so we don't need to buy disposables. Nice large pot for when we have guests, or just want another cup, or two. And the hot water dispenser, which is my favorite add-on feature. I like to drink hot tea. Boiling water isn't very hard, but it's even easier to just press a button and wait 20 seconds to fill the cup. If you don't require foamed toppings, or espresso, or a Starbucks experience in your home, this coffee maker looks nice on the counter and gets the job done with a few nice features.

Hot means hot folks, I use the Medium temp setting for my coffee, its perfect...

The cuisinart coffee maker is very easy to use & makes great coffee. The hot water dispenser is great for two people, one who wants coffee & one who wants tea. They can be used at the same time & so easy to use. We just love it! It cleans up so easily & coffee is always great.

Looks like the filters might be a specific kind, not the typically "cup" style but other than that, it works great.

I love that no need paper filters and is programmable, when you weakup coffe is ready.

My husband drinks coffee and I drink tea. This is perfect for us as I can get my hot water from the same machine. Less clutter in the kitchen. Like the Cuisinart brand.

GREAT product...had several coffee makers...but this is the BEST

This little gem is amazing. Your able to control three levels of how hot you would like your coffee. As well as having a separate side just for hot water, hot cocoa or soup. I’m extremely satisfied with this product and above all I was able too get it on sale.

We got this to replace our old coffee maker and our electric Kettle does both things really well.
