Not a six slice toaster unless you’re using mini sliced bread. Air frying and toaster features are ok ,my wife hates it because there’s no auto shut off and you’re not sure if it’s actually turned off. You cannot be in a hurry using this toaster,It’s not user friendly at all and to much effort to return but I think I should return it after all.

Worked fine for half a year, but the knob stopped working properly, so it can't tell which way it is being turned anymore. It's very annoying that trying to increase the time or the temp using that knob might instead decrease it, so I have to just sit there and keep trying. Planning on replacing it.

At the start, once an item was selected, all went well. I had it for about 9 months. After 6 months of use, it became difficult to select an item on the LCD screen. It became increasingly more difficult. Removing the power plug from the dedicated outlet and replacing it helped a little at the beginning, but then did no good. The bottom line is that after 8 months trying to select an option on the LCD menu, it was extremely difficult, like taking a chance on a slot machine in Vega, Poor electrical quality on the switch.

I read the reviews of many air fryers before purchasing this one. I even saw that quite a few talked about the motor making loud noises. I still bought it because there were so many positive reviews. Flash Forward a month after using and loving it and what do ya know......the motor noise I read about. It didn't happen again for a few days and then all of a sudden everyday for 3 days. Checked my receipt and had 2 days left to return. Luckily we are Elite and have 45 days to return. We packed it up and sent it on its way today. I'm pretty disappointed especially at this price point but we will find another.

I love this appliance. It cooks great. Problem? The bearings on one of the fans started to fail after 10 months of daily use. Air fryer without air isn't a good idea. I had purchased a replacement guarantee and returned the unit to Best Buy. That's when I learned that "replacement" doesn't mean replacement. "Replacement" means refund of purchase price (not counting the price of the "replacement" guarantee). Since I purchased the unit during a sale, I had to pay $60 difference to replace the unit. I really like the way this cooks. It would be nice if the fans last more than 11 months this time.

Worked great for the month and a half that it actually worked. Now waiting 20 days for them to ship me a new one. So now, during covid, with kids home all day, no toaster or air fryer!

Good but only for a while. I did replaced the oven thanks to extended warranty once. Second the same issue. Replaced for breville. Worse choice. Will return and keep oN trying other brands

Was not a big fan of these, it set my fire alarm two times

After 3-4 uses this unit quit working. Returned to the store.

Are unit burns everything we cook in it not very happy.
