Easy to use and clean

It is easy to use and clean. The thin slice and medium slice blades are both very thin. I would like a thicker slice blade with it. The shred part of the blade is good. This is my first processor.

Removal of the lid is not intuitive and you need to ensure you read the instructions. Overall body and bowl are made from plastic and may not last long term. Anticipate that this device may have to be replaced in 3-5 years with regular usage.

We use it primarily to process meats to steam (in dumplings or banana leafs). It isn't too unwieldily or difficult to use and produces an adequate batch size. Cleaning is very simple, too and there are not many difficult spots where food can get trapped.

Good Processor

The lid is a little hard to get on. Need to follow the instructions. But after a few tries, no problems. Works good, as the other reviews said it would. Hope to get years of service out of it.

Love Cuisinarts

Have used in my restaurants for years, usually several times a day. Solid fit, right proportion, flat buttons (for easy cleaning), sturdy parts. Great value for the money.
