    those were pretty much my requirements; cook my food well, easily, and provide for easy cleanup. It takes a few minutes to preheat but then keeps a steady temperature really well. I've cooked hamburger and chicken breasts, both to a consistent temp throughout. since the heating plates remove, cleanup is amazingly easy.

    THIS COUNTER TOP GRILL IS THE GREATEST GRILL I KNOW. I HAVE COOKED GRILL CHICKEN, ALL TYPE SANDWICHES GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES, HAMBURGERS AND WHOLE STEAKS. I LOVE THE JUICINESS OF THE TASTE. THE GRILL MAKES GREAT GRILL MARKS ON THE FOOD. MY FAMILY AND I USE THE GRILL A LOT IT IS FAST AND EASY. MY HUSBAND AND I MADE A WONDERFUL PURCHASE.

    Does the job if you like small portions. If you're looking to grill a nice sized steak, I'd get something bigger. Plates come off for easy clean.
