Very flimsy. Bought this to make thin slices of beef for gyudon. I adjusted it to the thinest setting but it doesnt hold that position for long. You have to keep readjusting the knob or even hold the knob while trying to thin slice the meat. It can be done as long as you have patience with holding and adjusting.

Bought this to thin slice ribeye steak for Philly cheese steak. While it slices the steak, it doesn't slice as thin as I had hoped. I got a lot of small pieces because it would push the meat instead of cut it. Maybe this slicer wors better for something easier to cut than raw steak?

Too small to cut through more than small veggies. Sold it soon after buying

You love this kitchen cutting essential. We prepared a wonderful roast and cut the meat in slices for dinner as well as using the remaining slides for “next day “ sandwiches !

It’s noisy/ loud while in use. It’s annoying! Dissatisfied with the equipment quality.

Good in-home slicer. I can get deli meat by the piece to slice as I like. I bought this though, to slice very lean beef roasts for sandwiches and stirfry.

Very dependable product, and gets the job done. I wish there was a bigger and more affordable sturdier unit. but for now...this does the trick.
