    After just a few uses, this seems to be an average carafe-type coffeemaker. However to be fair, we have to play around with the ratio of coffee to water...we've gotten it either too strong or too weak. The instructions are useless. Also, the coffee is only medium hot when poured. My husband is super easy to please and likes everything, and since he's the big coffee drinker, we'll keep it.
