Great for smoothies! Easy to clean up. Durable parts that do no break down after putting ice for smoothies...

Love This Blender! The Ninja and the Vitamix were at the top of my list but not wanting a plastic blender, Ninja was out and not wanting to spend $500+, Vitamix was out. That left me with a few options, including this Cuisinart. Has heavy and durable glass pitcher, everything fits together smoothly and it looks great. My main concern was "Does it blend dressing?" YES! It does fast,amazing job blending my honey mustard, and marinades,. Next, "Will it blend ice?Frozen fruit?" YES! I made slushies in under a minute using big, honking square icecubes from freezer! Frozen, whole strawberries whipped up, NO Chunks! My 14 year old uses it all the time and cleaning is easy. Put some soap and hot water in and blend it up.

This blender has lived up to all my expectations. It is attractive, easy to clean, easy to take apart and put back together, and blends ice quickly, easily and thoroughly. Worth every penny that I paid for it.

For the price this blender works just fine. Don't expect it to work as well as a Vitamix and you won't be disapointed.

This blender replaced a Montgomery Ward blender that's been in my family for 35+ years. That blender still worked, but it took a lot of coaxing. I am using this blender about 5 times a week for smoothies. It blends the ice cubes in about 20 seconds, and that's not even using the "ice crush" button! I have only had the blender 3 or 4 months. I'm not expecting 35 years, but 10 would be nice.

This blender is great for a basic blender. It does not crush ice very well though. But I replaced a model that had geek squad protection and it was clearanced out!

A quiet running and powerful blender that performs well

So this is my third blender,, It was a christmas gift from my girlfriend... I think that the blender is ok overall but could be better.. I dont like that You have to turn the blender on instead of just going straight to a button that you want and blending what you want rigt away..

I have had this blender for 6 years and it still works amazing... blends smoothies, sauces, salsa's, and more!

I like the heavy glass and the sturdiness of the machine. I trust Cuisinart, I have other small appliances and I'm totally happy with all of them. I haven't used the blender much yet, but so far, so good!

Really easy to use and very quick toasting bread. Good price as well.
