Excellent ice cream maker. Follow the instructions...but it's very intuitive and works well. Be patient and the cream will turn to ice cream!

So far I have made 5 recipes of Ice cream and have loved the simple and fast freezing of this machine. You should make sure to freeze the tub and I suggest covering it to keep the frost out. I noticed that the machine only gets really loud when it is ready to be turned off, other than that I don't find it bad while doing other things.

I have been meaning to buy an ice cream maker for some time now. This was more than I wanted to spend but I was sure I would get a quality product from cuisinart. The reviews were great. It makes really good ice cream. Some recipes need to be put in the freezer for a bit before eating. Some are perfect right from the machine.

We purchased this appliance to make ice cream using non-dairy milk EX: coconut milk or almond milk. Followed the recipes using the substitutes and WOW! Yummy, easy, and fast!

I love ice cream. This thing makes it so easy to make fresh ice cream. Put it in the freezer for a couple of days and take it out. Put your mixe in it and turn on for about 30 minutes. Works great. Hope this helps.

Why easier than the machine your Grandpa had. Easy to use and very fast. Don't let the recipe book stop you from being more creative with what you make.
